Impossible expectations, it's hard to keep up with the metrics, especially because some of the metrics data are generated by the customers through customer satisfaction surveys. Every second of yours is monitored, every click / keystroke you make is logged - it's probably normal in a corporate environment, however, if someone controls everything I do, then why am I here? Can't go to time-off when you want, only when the business needs make it possible Aggressive / abusive customers, whom you need to talk with, and try to de-escalate the situation (while they are saying something like "I hope you and your family will have a slow and painful death") Angry customers due to long waiting times Fast paced environment, usually back-to-back calls Company perks, bonuses, benefits (med/opt/den/life) Not-that-bad salary, pay always on time Helpful managers (really, I had a bunch of managers, and they are doing everything they can to help, but they can only help to a certain extent)
